The machinery producer SML Maschinengesellschaft mbH, Redlham / Austria, offers state-of-the-art cast film technology for the manufacturing of backsheet products. The hygiene film lines are highly customized to specific customer requirements. They can be tailor-made for the production of breathable films, for melt-embossed films, or for cloth-like laminates. Due to the modular design of the lines, SML’s customers have the opportunity to opt for “all-in-one” solutions that cover all of these product types.
The main scope of application of SML’s hy-giene lines lays in the production of functional components in hygiene applications, e.g. baby diapers, sanitary napkins, incontinence pads, changing pads and protective clothing.
