The producer of nonwovens machinery Graute GmbH, Senden /Germany, offers the full range for the production of nonwovens, from bale opening and machines for mixing and fine opening, through to complete airlay and carding systems with cross lapper and web drafters. The field of winding technology is also part of the portfolio. Already at the end of 2019, the foundation stone of the additional business branch was laid in Luxembourg and has since then been dedicated to the design of various winding machines for web-formed materials.
All Graute machines are designed according to a special con-struction concept, the aim of which is to make the machines as user-friendly as possible as well as easy to maintain. This minimizes downtimes and ensures smooth production. Furthermore, large transparent windows serve for optimal visual control.
In recent years, the company has brought several innovations on the market, e.g. the continuous mixing opener CMO-W2, which ensures a very good mix of the different fiber types and a gentle dissolution of the fiber flakes by continuously feeding 2 types of fiber already at the first opening point.
