Autoneum Pinghu
The automotive supplier Autoneum Management AG, Winterthur/Switzerland, continues its growth course in China with 2 new plants in addition to the 8 existing ones.
Autoneum's 9th plant was inaugurated on September 12, 2018 in Pinghu, Zhejiang/China. Another production facility in Shenyang Tiexi, Liaoning/China is already in the start-up phase. In both factories, the series production of lightweight, multi-functional components for noise and heat protection will start shortly.
In Pinghu, Autoneum will in future be producing state-of-the-art Ultra-Silent underbody systems for European, US and Chinese customers. Carpet systems, end wall and floor insulation as well as heat shields for German and Swedish vehicle manufacturers are produced in Shenyang Tiexi.
